California High School Soccer - Southwest SD knocks off Helix
December 22, 2022: La Mesa, CA 91941 Southwest SD Raiders (San Diego, CA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Raiders confront the Hilltop Lancers (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 27. Southwest SD will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 1-1 non-league Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA).
With the loss, Helix drops to 3-4 on the season. The Highlanders travel to University City (San Diego, CA) to meet the Centurions in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. The Centurions come into the test with a record of 5-3. University City lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA)
