December 22, 2023: Austell, GA 30127 In Friday's non-league outing, the Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA) basketball squad edged the host Cumberland Christian Academy patriot (Austell, GA), by a count of 51-47.
The Tigers (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Stockbridge was tipped by Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA), 55-51, in a non-league outing.
The patriot now hold a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Atlanta Adventist Academy for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 4.
