Michigan High School Basketball - Menominee crushes Bark River-Harris
December 22, 2023: Harris, MI 49845 Menominee Maroons (Menominee, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Bark River-Harris Broncos (Harris, MI), 64-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Menominee upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Maroons host Gladstone (Gladstone, MI) to play the Braves in a Great Northern U.P. bout on Friday, December 29. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Gladstone lost 62-58 in their recent league bout against Escanaba (Escanaba, MI)
Next up, the Broncos play the Carney-Nadeau Wolves (Carney, MI) in a Central Upper Peninsula bout, on Thursday, January 4. Bark River-Harris will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 64-35 league loss to North Central (Powers, MI).
