Rock Creek Christian Academy Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Central Carolina Prep Defenders (Burlington, NC), 89-63 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Rock Creek Christian Academy upgrades its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Luella (Luella, GA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 3-6. Luella lost 75-68 in their recent non-league bout against Jones County (Gray, GA)

Next up, the Defenders play the Elevation Prep Academy Honey Badgers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Central Carolina Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record.
