Alabama High School Basketball - Lauderdale County crushes Cherokee
December 22, 2023: Rogersville, AL 35652 Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cherokee Indians (Cherokee, AL), 70-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lauderdale County upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 5-5. Decatur Heritage Christian Academy lost 48-37 in their recent non-league bout against Skyline (Scottsboro, AL)
Next up, the Indians play the Colbert Heights Wildcats (Tuscumbia, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Cherokee will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 65-24 non-league win over Cullman Christian (Cullman, AL).
