December 22, 2023: Little Rock, AR 72206 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mills University Studies Comets (Little Rock, AR) and the visiting ESTEM Mets (Little Rock, AR), saw Mills University Studies's basketball squad knock off ESTEM by a count of 69-56.
With the victory, Mills University Studies upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Comets host Watson Chapel (Pine Bluff, AR) to play the Wildcats in a 4A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Watson Chapel lost 75-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Pine Bluff (Pine Bluff, AR)
Next up, the Mets play the Maumelle Hornets (Maumelle, AR) in a 5A Central challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. ESTEM will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 51-39 non-league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, AR).
