In Friday's non-league match, the host Frankton Eagles basketball team scored a good 64-54 triumph over the Monroe Central Golden Bears.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Anderson Prep Academy Jets (Anderson, IN) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 2. Frankton will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Jets enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 59-40 non-league loss to Tri (Straughn, IN).
