Illinois High School Basketball - Loyola Academy fells Niles Notre Dame
December 22, 2023: Wilmette, IL 60091 Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL), 42-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Loyola Academy upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Ramblers travel to Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL) to clash with the Green Wave in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Fort Myers lost 58-39 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Verot (Fort Myers, FL)
Next up, the Dons clash with the Libertyville Wildcats (Libertyville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Niles Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 62-51 non-league win over Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL).
