Wisconsin High School Basketball - Waukesha West holds off New Berlin West
December 22, 2023: Waukesha, WI 53189 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Waukesha West Wolverines (Waukesha, WI) and the visiting New Berlin West Vikings (New Berlin, WI), saw Waukesha West's basketball squad hold off New Berlin West by a tally of 60-55.
With the victory, Waukesha West improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to River Falls (River Falls, WI) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. River Falls won 66-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Holmen (Holmen, WI)
Next up, the Vikings confront the West Allis Hale Huskies (West Allis, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. New Berlin West will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 88-47 league loss to Wauwatosa West (Wauwatosa, WI).
