California High School Basketball - River City nudges River Valley

In Friday's non-league outing, the River City Raiders (West Sacramento, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting River Valley Falcons (Yuba City, CA), by a margin of 67-60.

The Raiders (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Union Mine (El Dorado, CA). The Diamondbacks go into the non-league outing with a 14-1 record. In their last outing, Union Mine held off Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA), 71-53, in a non-league outing.

The Falcons now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they host Inderkum for a Capital Valley Conference outing on Wednesday, January 3. River Valley will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 61-56 non-league loss to Poly (Riverside, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-4.
