Illinois High School Basketball - Families of Faith Christian Academy tops Calvary Christian Academy
December 22, 2023: Channahon, IL 60410 Families of Faith Christian Academy Screaming Eagles (Channahon, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Calvary Christian Academy Knights (Normal, IL), 57-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Families of Faith Christian Academy upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Screaming Eagles host Marquette Manor Baptist Academy (Downers Grove, IL) to play the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Minutemen come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Marquette Manor Baptist Academy won 28-25 in their recent non-league bout against Cathedral Baptist (Rockford, IL)
Next up, the Knights play the Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Calvary Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record.
