The Fordyce Redbugs basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Dermott Rams to 16 in the Redbugs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Redbugs now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Hill for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Fordyce will meet a Bears team coming off a 60-49 league loss to Acorn (Mena, AR). The Bears record now stands at 5-7.

The Rams (0-16) will now prepare for their contest against Junction City (Junction City, AR). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record.
