Louisiana High School Basketball - Dunham holds off Pearl River
December 22, 2023: Pearl River, LA 70452 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Dunham Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA) and the host Pearl River Rebels (Pearl River, LA), saw Dunham's basketball squad hold off Pearl River by a tally of 48-45.
With the victory, Dunham improves its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Maurepas (Maurepas, LA) to confront the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Maurepas lost 57-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Live Oak (Watson, LA)
Next up, the Rebels confront the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Pearl River will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 42-28 non-league win over Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA).
