Oregon High School Basketball - Wells can't hold off Sheldon

The Sheldon Irish basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Wells Guardians to 44 in the Irish non-league victory on Friday.

The Irish now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southridge for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Sheldon will battle a Skyhawks team coming off a 52-47 non-league win over Campbell (Ewa Beach, HI). The Skyhawks record now stands at 5-1.

The Guardians (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against La Salle (Milwaukie, OR). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
