New York High School Basketball - Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK tops Uniondale
December 22, 2023: Uniondale, NY 11553 Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK Hawks (Plainview, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Uniondale Knights (Uniondale, NY), 47-38 in a league bout.
With the victory, Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Hawks host St. Anthony's (Melville, NY) to play the Friars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Friars come into the bout with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Knights play the Syosset (Syosset, NY) in a Section 8 AA-1 bout, on Friday, January 5. Uniondale will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record.
