The St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) basketball crushed the host Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD), 55-28 in Friday's non-league test.

The Knights (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Forest Park (Baltimore, MD). The Foresters go into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Forest Park was trounced by Poly (Baltimore, MD), 49-43, in a league test.

The Lions now own a 18-13 record. They play next when they travel to St. John's for a non-league test on Thursday, December 28. Springdale Prep will encounter a Cadets squad coming off a 59-44 non-league win over Dr. Phillips (Orlando, FL). The Cadets record now stands at 8-1.
