December 22, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90059 Mark Keppel Aztecs (Alhambra, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), 33-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mark Keppel upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Paramount (Paramount, CA) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 23. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Paramount won 75-5 in their recent non-league bout against St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 23. King/Drew will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 41-21 non-league win over Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA).
