Virginia High School Basketball - Lord Botetourt edges Hidden Valley
December 22, 2023: Roanoke, VA 24018 The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA) basketball nipped the host Hidden Valley Titans (Roanoke, VA), 45-39 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cavaliers (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Cave Spring was tipped by Northside (Roanoke, VA), 57-43, in a non-league test.
The Titans now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Salem for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 2. Hidden Valley will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 44-37 non-league loss to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.
