December 22, 2023: Rocky Mount, NC 27803 The Rocky Mount Gryphons basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting North Edgecombe Warriors to 28 in the Gryphons non-league victory on Friday.
The Gryphons now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nash Central for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Rocky Mount will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 46-41 non-league win over North Edgecombe (Tarboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
The Warriors (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record.
