New Jersey High School Basketball - Plainfield fells Weequahic
December 22, 2024: Plainfield, NJ 07063 The Plainfield Cardinals basketball team scored 37 points and limited the visiting Weequahic Indians to 17 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Cardinals now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they host MAST Community Charter for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Plainfield will confront a Panthers team coming off a 54-30 non-league loss to William Tennent (Warminster, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Weequahic falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Arts (Newark, NJ) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league game on Monday, December 23. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 3-0. Arts won 56-8 in their recent non-league game against West Caldwell Tech (West Caldwell, NJ)
