The Holmes County Central Jaguars basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Forest Hill Patriots to 53 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Jaguars now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Neshoba Central for a 5A Region 3 contest on Tuesday, January 4.

The Patriots (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Yazoo City (Yazoo City, MS). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 10-4 record.
