Callaway Chargers (Jackson, MS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball team smash the host Clinton Christian Academy Warriors (Clinton, MS), 47-23 in a non-league game.

In their next game, the Chargers face the Jefferson County Tigers (Fayette, MS) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 26. Callaway will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 67-50 non-league loss to Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS).
