Ohio High School Basketball - Copley crushes Firestone

December 23, 2023: Akron, OH 44313

Copley Indians (Copley, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Firestone Falcons (Akron, OH), 75-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Copley upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Indians host Green (Uniontown, OH) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Barberton Magics (Barberton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Firestone will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Magics go into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 70-59 non-league win over South (Willoughby, OH).
