December 23, 2023: Kennesaw, GA 30144 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) and the host North Cobb Warriors (Kennesaw, GA), saw Etowah's basketball squad overcome North Cobb by a tally of 61-45.
With the victory, Etowah improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Rome (Rome, GA) to confront the Wolves in a AAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Rome won 74-73 in their recent non-league challenge against Cristo Rey Atlanta (Atlanta, GA)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Cass Colonels (White, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. North Cobb will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Colonels come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 71-65 non-league loss to Paulding County (Dallas, GA).
