The Math Civics & Sciences Mighty Elephants basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Holy Cross Knights to 48 in the Mighty Elephants non-league victory on Saturday.

The Mighty Elephants now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Thomas Aquinas for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Math Civics & Sciences will battle a Raiders team coming off a 63-54 non-league win over Albany Academy for Boys (Albany, NY). The Raiders record now stands at 10-2.

The Knights (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Canarsie (Brooklyn, NY). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record.
