Maryland High School Basketball - Porter-Gaud topped by Our Lady of Mount Carmel
December 23, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21221 The Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Porter-Gaud Cyclones to 60 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton Heights Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29.
The Cyclones (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against High Point Academy (Spartanburg, SC). The Grizzlies come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, High Point Academy prevailed over Columbia (Columbia, SC), 77-37, in a non-league contest.
