California High School Basketball - Santa Teresa nudges Pioneer
December 23, 2023: San Jose, CA 95123 Santa Teresa Saints (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA), 71-67 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Santa Teresa upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Saints host Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA) to clash with the Tides in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Tides go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Gig Harbor won 63-31 in their recent non-league bout against Juanita (Kirkland, WA)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Pioneer will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 69-9 non-league win over Luis Valdez Leadership Academy (San Jose, CA).
