In Saturday's non-league outing, the Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) basketball squad edged the visiting Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN), by a margin of 41-35.

The Greyhounds (8-8) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin Community (Franklin, IN). The Grizzly Cubs go into the non-league outing with a 12-2 record. In their last outing, Franklin Community held off Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IN), 60-32, in a non-league outing.
