The Sacred Heart Academy Sharks basketball team scored 34 points and restricted the visiting Randolph Cardinals to 29 in the Sharks non-league victory on Saturday.

The Sharks now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orchard Park for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 3. Sacred Heart Academy will battle a Quakers team coming off a 87-15 non-league win over Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 9-0.
