California High School Basketball - Summit Shasta can't hold off El Camino
December 23, 2023: Daly City, CA 94015 The Summit Shasta Black Bears basketball team (Daly City, CA), was nudged 52-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting El Camino Colts (South San Francisco, CA)
The Colts now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moreau Catholic for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. El Camino will battle a Mariners team coming off a 60-57 non-league win over Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 11-0.
The Black Bears (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Leland (San Jose, CA). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Leland edged Lincoln (San Jose, CA), 56-41, in a non-league battle.
