The Malden Catholic Lancers (Malden, MA) basketball crushed the visiting Burncoat Patriots (Worcester, MA), 81-45 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Lancers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Haverhill for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, Burncoat falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Medway (Medway, MA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Medway won 78-45 in their recent league bout against Bellingham (Bellingham, MA)
