Hawaii High School Basketball - Campbell thwarts Waipahu
December 23, 2024: Ewa Beach, HI 96706 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Campbell Sabers (Ewa Beach, HI) and the visiting Waipahu Marauders (Waipahu, HI), observed Campbell's basketball team knock off Waipahu by a score of 57-43.
The Sabers (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Waialua (Waialua, HI). The Bulldogs come into the Oahu - West I challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Waialua was knocked off by Nanakuli (Waianae, HI), 81-39, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Marauders encounter the Kapolei Hurricanes (Kapolei, HI) in a Oahu - West I challenge, on Friday, December 27. Waipahu will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 47-44 league win over Radford (Honolulu, HI).
