Massachusetts High School Basketball - Clinton knocks off Oakmont Regional
December 23, 2024: Ashburnham, MA 01430 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Clinton Gaels (Clinton, MA) and the host Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA), observed Clinton's basketball team overcome Oakmont Regional by a margin of 65-46.
The Gaels (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Monument Mountain (Great Barrington, MA). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Monument Mountain defeated South Hadley (South Hadley, MA), 47-44, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Oakmont Regional will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
