Tennessee High School Basketball - Signal Mountain overwhelms Scott
December 23, 2024: Huntsville, TN 37756 The Signal Mountain Eagles basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Scott Highlanders to 36 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. Signal Mountain will confront a Fighting Irish team coming off a 56-45 non-league loss to Gatlinburg-Pittman (Gatlinburg, TN). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Scott falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Midway (Kingston, TN) to confront the Green Wave in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Green Wave go into the game with a record of 6-4.
