California High School Soccer - Lynwood knocks off Compton
December 23, 2024: Compton, CA 90220 The Lynwood Knights soccer squad scored 12 points and held the host Compton Tarbabes to 0 in the Knights non-league victory on Monday.
The Knights now hold a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to Segerstrom for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Lynwood will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Compton moves to 0-14 on the year. The Tarbabes travel to Banning (Wilmington, CA) to play the Pilots in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 26. The Pilots go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Banning lost 5-0 in their recent non-league bout against GALA (Los Angeles, CA)
