California High School Soccer - Prospect toppled by Branham
December 23, 2024: San Jose, CA 95118 Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Prospect Panthers (Saratoga, CA), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Branham moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bruins host Willow Glen (San Jose, CA) to meet the Rams in a test on Wednesday, January 8. The Rams come into the test with a record of 4-1.
The Panthers now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodside for a non-league test on Friday, January 3. Prospect will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-5.
