December 23, 2024: Los Alamitos, CA 90720 Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Los Alamitos moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Corona del Mar (Newport Beach, CA) to meet the Sea Kings in a test on Wednesday, January 8. The Sea Kings come into the test with a record of 0-6.
The Pirates now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Warren for a test on Thursday, January 2. Paramount will meet a Bears team coming off a 1-1 non-league Marquez (Huntington Park, CA). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
