December 26, 2012: Silver Spring, MD 20905 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Blake Bengals (Silver Spring, MD) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD), by a margin of 60-47.
The Bengals (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Edmondson-Westside (Baltimore, MD). The Red Storm go into the non-league outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Edmondson-Westside topped Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE), 78-42, in a non-league outing.
The Indians now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Chesapeake for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 27.
