The Griffins now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandburg for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 5. Lincoln-Way East will battle a Eagles team coming off a 56-51 non-league win over Romeoville (Romeoville, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.
The Hornets (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Celtics come into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Providence Catholic was routed by Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL), 66-63, in a non-league battle.
