Minnesota High School Basketball - Marshall nips East Central
December 26, 2023: Duluth, MN 55811 Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting East Central Eagles (Sandstone, MN), 73-68 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marshall upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Esko (Esko, MN) to play the Eskomos in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Eskomos go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Esko won 93-39 in their recent league bout against Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN)
Next up, the Eagles play the Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars (Hinckley, MN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. East Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 93-39 league loss to Esko (Esko, MN).
