The Gahr Gladiators basketball team (Cerritos, CA), was nudged 50-47 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA)

The Falcons now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bernstein for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. Independence will battle a Dragons team coming off a 67-52 non-league loss to Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA). The Dragons record now stands at 11-2.
