Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Sharpsville ripped by Moniteau
December 26, 2023: West Sunbury, PA 16061 The Moniteau Warriors basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Sharpsville Blue Devils to 44 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redbank Valley for a Keystone Shortway contest on Tuesday, January 2. Moniteau will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 75-59 non-league win over Mercer (Mercer, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-1.
The Blue Devils (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Conneaut Area triumphed over Saegertown (Saegertown, PA), 64-61, in a non-league contest.
