New Jersey High School Basketball - Roselle Catholic knocked off by West Caldwell Tech
December 26, 2023: Roselle, NJ 07203 The West Caldwell Tech Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Roselle Catholic Lions to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barringer for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. West Caldwell Tech will meet a Blue Bears team coming off a 54-44 non-league win over American History (Newark, NJ). The Blue Bears record now stands at 2-1.
The Lions (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, NY). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Long Island Lutheran was outscored by Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL), 73-59, in a non-league contest.
