Minnesota High School Basketball - Concordia Academy fells Melrose
December 26, 2024: Roseville, MN 55113 The Concordia Academy Beacons basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Melrose Dutchmen to 59 in the Beacons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Beacons now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Cloud Cathedral for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Concordia Academy will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 53-49 league win over Foley (Foley, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Melrose falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Dutchmen host Litchfield (Litchfield, MN) to confront the Dragons in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Dragons go into the game with a record of 1-7. Litchfield won 64-57 in their recent non-league game against Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN)
