December 26, 2024: Hoover, AL 35244 The Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Shelbyville Central Golden Eagles (Shelbyville, TN), 88-32 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Buccaneers now possess a 17-0 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson Prep for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Hoover will play a Patriots team coming off a 72-58 non-league win over Hueytown (Hueytown, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 14-1.
With the loss, Shelbyville Central falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to Northeast (Clarksville, TN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, January 6.
