The Langley Saxons basketball squad (McLean, VA), was crushed 87-61 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Riverside Ram (Leesburg, VA)

With the victory, Riverside advances its record to 8-1 on the year. The Ram travel to Parkside (Washington, DC) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 2-3. Parkside lost 87-50 in their recent non-league battle against St. Albans (Washington, DC)

The Saxons now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington-Liberty for a District 2 battle on Wednesday, January 8. Langley will meet a Generals squad coming off a 56-45 non-league loss to Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA). The Generals record now stands at 3-7.
