Virginia High School Basketball - South County triumphant over Osbourn
December 26, 2024: Manassas, VA 20110 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) and the host Osbourn Eagles (Manassas, VA), observed South County's basketball team overwhelm Osbourn by a margin of 91-25.
The Stallions (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Potomac Senior trounced Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA), 56-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Charles J. Colgan Sharks (Manassas, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Osbourn will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Sharks come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 61-54 league loss to Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA).
