Delaware High School Basketball - Potomac School can't hold off Sanford

Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA), 66-62 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Sanford upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Boys Latin (Baltimore, MD) to face the Lakers in a non-league match on Sunday, December 29. The Lakers enter the match with a record of 6-3. Boys Latin won 83-62 in their recent non-league match against St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD)

The Panthers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennedy Catholic for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. Potomac School will face a Gaels squad coming off a 79-71 league win over Regis (New York, NY). The Gaels record now stands at 1-1.
