December 26, 2024: Jackson, MS 39203 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Lanier Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 53-36 triumph over the Clarksdale Wildcats.
The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Warren Central was topped by Provine (Jackson, MS), 52-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Jim Hill Tigers (Jackson, MS) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Clarksdale will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 8-4 record after their 47-14 non-league win over Hazlehurst (Hazlehurst, MS).
