In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Conway Wampus Cats basketball team scored a big 74-52 triumph over the Lone Star Rangers.

The Wampus Cats (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against Huntington (Shreveport, LA). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Huntington smashed Parkway (Bossier City, LA), 55-52, in a league contest.
